Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Supreme

• 1 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
• 24 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1/2 c. sour cream
• 1 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 3 Tbsp. melted butter
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla

1. Combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
2. Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 minutes.
3. Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
6. Stir in chocolate chips and pour into crust.
7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 55 minutes.
8. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
9. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh mint leaves, if desired. Makes 10 servings.
