Ranch Bread
- 7 c. bread flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 3 c. buttermilk
- 2 (1 oz.) pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
- 2 tsp. Molly McButter
- 1 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- In saucepan, combine honey, buttermilk, salt, Molly McButter, Ranch dressing mix and fat-free mayonnaise. Stir and warm mixture slightly.
- Do not boil; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine 3 1/2 cups of flour with yeast and mix. Gradually add warm buttermilk mixture to flour and mix thoroughly. Gradually add almost all remaining flour (reserve 1/2 cup) and continue to mix.
- Turn dough out on floured surface and use remaining 1/2 cup flour while kneading dough when it becomes too sticky.
- Knead dough for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Place dough in large bowl sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spray top of the dough lightly, also.
