Turkey Mushroom Bake

  1. Rinse wings, place in pot of water and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  3. Remove skin and debone turkey.
  4. Combine stuffing crumbs and 1 stick of melted butter.
  5. Saute mushrooms, onion and celery in 1 stick of melted butter.
  6. Combine soup and sour cream.
  7. In a greased 2 quart baking dish, layer in the following order:
  8. 1/2 the crumbs, turkey, mushroom mix, soup and sour cream mix, cheese and top with remaining crumbs.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  10. Serves 4 to 6.
