Turkey Mushroom Bake
- 1 pkg. Shop-Rite all natural young turkey wings
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 8 oz. pkg. cornbread stuffing
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 16 oz. canned sliced mushrooms
- 4 stalks celery, chopped fine
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Rinse wings, place in pot of water and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Remove skin and debone turkey.
- Combine stuffing crumbs and 1 stick of melted butter.
- Saute mushrooms, onion and celery in 1 stick of melted butter.
- Combine soup and sour cream.
- In a greased 2 quart baking dish, layer in the following order:
- 1/2 the crumbs, turkey, mushroom mix, soup and sour cream mix, cheese and top with remaining crumbs.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serves 4 to 6.
