Aunt Evelyn'S Cream Of Broccoli Soup

  1. In large pot, saute onion, celery, carrots, potato and garlic in margarine. Add broccoli and chicken broth. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Puree mixture in blender, one cup at a time; return to pot. Add milk, marjoram, vegetable seasoning, lemon herb seasoning and pepper. Cook over low temperature (heat), stirring often until of serving temperature.
