Cauliflower Oriental

  1. Place cauliflower and water in 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Cook in microwave covered on Full power 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Let stand covered.
  4. Combine onion, celery, parsley and butter in 1-quart dish.
  5. Cook on Full power 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
  6. Stir halfway through.
  7. Dissolve bouillon in water; blend in cornstarch, soy sauce and pepper.
  8. Pour into onion mix.
  9. Cook on Full power 2 minutes or until thick.
  10. Stir halfway through cooking time.
  11. Drain cauliflower.
  12. Place in serving dish.
  13. Spoon sauce over.
