Strawberry Pound Cake

• 1 c. miniature marshmallows
• 2 c. thawed strawberries in syrup
• 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
• 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
• 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
• 3 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 c. milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 3 eggs

1. Generously
2. grease
3. and flour bottom and sides of Bundt pan. Sprinkle
4. the bottom with the marshmallows.
5. Combine the strawberries
6. and jello and set aside.
7. In a large mixing bowl combine the remaining
8. ingredients.
9. Blendtn low until moistened and
10. beatt
11. minutes on medium speed.
12. Pour the batter over the marshmallows.
13. Spoon

15. strawberry
16. mixture evenly over the batter.
17. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
