Strawberry Pound Cake
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 2 c. thawed strawberries in syrup
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- Generously
- grease
- and flour bottom and sides of Bundt pan. Sprinkle
- the bottom with the marshmallows.
- Combine the strawberries
- and jello and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the remaining
- ingredients.
- Blendtn low until moistened and
- beatt
- minutes on medium speed.
- Pour the batter over the marshmallows.
- Spoon
- the
- strawberry
- mixture evenly over the batter.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
