Blueberry Açaí Bowl

  1. Blend dates, acai puree, blueberries, 1/2 a banana, and coconut water until thick and smooth. Add more coconut water if too thick to blend.
  2. Pour mixture into two small bowls; evenly divide the remaining ingredients to top both bowls, forming separate rows of each ingredient. Sprinkle with salt, if desired. Serve immediately.
