Tuna Nicoise Sandwich
- 1 Arnold(R)/Oroweat(R) Multi-Grain Sandwich Thins(R) roll
- 1 4 oz. canned tuna
- 1 tablespoon light Dijon Vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon black olives
- 1/2 cup arugula, loosely packed
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 1 tablespoon hummus
- 1/2 hard boiled egg, sliced (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
- Remove tuna from can and drain liquid completely. Mix the Dijon Vinaigrette with tuna thoroughly. Place the tuna on the bottom half of Sandwich Thins(R) roll. Add the sliced black olives, arugula, sliced tomatoes and hummus. Per preference, add the sliced egg and salt and pepper for taste. Finally, place the top half of the Sandwich Thins(R) roll.
