Glorified Cabbage

  1. Boil cabbage in a large pot until tender.
  2. In another pan, saute onions, garlic, celery and bell pepper in the butter and cooking oil.
  3. Toast the 4 slices of bread and soak in the condensed milk.
  4. When the cabbage is boiled, drain.
  5. Add the ingredients to the cabbage, including the oil and butter; mix. Chop up the bread and add to the
  6. mixture.
  7. Add the cheese and stir until melted.
  8. Put in a casserole dish and top with bread crumbs.
  9. Bake in oven at 400u0b0 until brown.
