Broccoli Ham Ring
- 1/4 lb. ham
- 1/4 lb. fresh broccoli
- 1 small onion
- 1 sweet banana pepper (optional)
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley or 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 6 oz. Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 (8 oz. each) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Coarsely chop ham, broccoli, onion and parsley with food chopper.
- Coarsely grate cheese (1 1/2 cups). Mix all ingredients except crescent rolls and set aside.
- On a 13-inch baking stone, arrange crescent triangles in a circle with bases overlapping in center and points to the outside.
- There should be a circle of about 3 inches in diameter in the center. Spoon filling over bases evenly.
- Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under bases at the center.
- Filling will not be completely covered.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
