Strata Di Pizza

  1. In medium bowl with fork or whisk, beat eggs just until blended.
  2. Beat in tomato sauce, water, oregano, basil, salt and garlic powder; set aside.
  3. In greased 8 or 9-inch square baking dish, arrange 4 slices of bread.
  4. Evenly pour on half the tomato mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with half the Mozzarella.
  6. Repeat layers; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover; let stand at least 1 hour or refrigerate overnight.
  8. Bake in preheated oven at 350u0b0 for 45 to 55 minutes, until puffed and browned.
  9. Serve immediately.
  10. Makes 4 servings.
