Gooey Rolls
- 2 pkg. frozen rolls
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 small pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Take rolls that you have let thaw in the refrigerator and cut each one in half.
- Pat down to 1-inch thick.
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan, a Bundt pan or an angel food cake pan.
- Roll each piece of dough in 1/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon mixture.
- Place each piece in pan.
- Now mix melted butter, pudding, vanilla and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Spoon over top of rolls.
- Let rise 1 hour or longer until double.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
- These rolls can be made the night before, just don't thaw dough.
- Work with it the same way, but start with frozen dough. When you get up they will be ready to place in the oven.
