Fruit And Brownie Pizza
- nonstick spray coating
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, softened
- 1/4 c. frozen egg product, thawed
- 3/4 c. chocolate flavored syrup
- 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 c. peeled and sliced peaches, kiwi fruit and nectarines; blueberries and halved strawberries
- 1/2 c. chocolate flavored syrup
- Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with nonstick coating; set the pan aside.
- For crust, combine margarine and sugar in a medium size mixing bowl.
- Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
- Add egg product and beat well.
- Alternately add the 3/4 cup chocolate flavored syrup and flour, beating after each addition at low speed until combined.
- Spread mixture in the prepared pizza pan.
- Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 20 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
- Cool in pan on wire rack.
- To serve, cut crust into 12 wedges.
- Top each wedge with some of the fruit. Drizzle each with remaining chocolate flavored syrup.
- Makes 12 servings.
