Skillet Pork And Sauerkraut

  1. Broil chops on preheated broiler 4 inches from heat 2 minutes on each side.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet.
  3. Add onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat until softened.
  4. Add 1/4 cup water and remaining ingredients except apple.
  5. Top with chops and simmer, covered, on low heat about 1 hour or until chops are tender.
  6. Then stir in apple slices and simmer about 3 minutes.
  7. Serves 2.
