Meat Stuffed Green Peppers

  1. Brown sausage and ground round in a large pan with the onions, too.
  2. Drain.
  3. Cool.
  4. Return to pan.
  5. Cut tops out of green peppers.
  6. Parboil 5 minutes.
  7. Drain and cool.
  8. Add tomatoes to meat and all but 1/4 cup grated cheese.
  9. Mix together meats, cheese and tomatoes.
  10. Stuff each pepper full of mixture (press down).
  11. Add cheese to top.
  12. Place each finished pepper in glass pan.
  13. Add a little water (1/2-inch) to pan.
  14. Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
