Vegetable Pizza
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise (can use no-fat or low-fat)
- 1 pkg. Ranch Style dressing mix
- 2 bunches green onions, using 4 or 5 inches of green stem, chopped fine
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 c. purple cabbage, chopped fine
- 1 1/2 c. broccoli or 2 c. florets only, chopped fine
- 1 can black olives
- Spread crescent rolls on 2 pizza pans.
- Bake as directed.
- Let cool.
- Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch style dressing mix a day ahead so flavors can blend (keep refrigerated).
- Spread on baked crust.
- Chop vegetables fine.
- Spread vegetables on cream cheese.
- Keep in refrigerator.
