Honey Mustard Chicken
- 4 (6 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon(R) Roasted Chicken Base
- 2/3 cup grainy mustard
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Mix the chicken base, mustard, honey, garlic, red wine vinegar, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Divide the marinade in half
- Add one half of the marinade and the chicken to a re-sealable plastic bag and toss to coat. Place the bag in the refrigerator for 2 hours and up to 8 hours
- Preheat the grill to 450u0b0F.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place directly onto the grill. Grill for 6 minutes.
- Turn the chicken and brush with the reserved marinade
- Remove the chicken from the grill and serve with the remaining reserved marinade.
