Beef Casserole All-In-One-Dinner(Serves 4)
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 can undiluted cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- Mix ground beef with onion soup mix; place in bottom of 3-quart baking dish.
- Put uncooked frozen vegetables over the meat.
- Mix sour cream, cheese, butter, soup and curry together; mix that with the hash brown potatoes.
- Place over vegetables. Bake, covered, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350u0b0.
- Remove cover for the last 1/2 hour.
- Delicious served with Scandinavian Tomato Salad.
