Marinated Vegetables

  1. Cut vegetables into bite-size pieces. Combine oil, olive oil, vinegar and remaining ingredients. Stir until well mixed. Pour over vegetables. Cover and chill at least 12 hours. Stir occasionally. Makes 30 servings.
