London Broil

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Place meat in a large baking dish and pour the mixture over meat.
  3. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 4 hours, turning the meat occasionally.
  4. Remove the meat from marinade and drain well.
  5. Heat a large skillet over moderately high heat (375u0b0).
  6. Sprinkle pan with a small amount of salt and brown meat 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
  7. Reduce heat to medium low (225u0b0).
  8. Cook ten minutes or to the degree of desired doneness.
  9. Cut diagonal slices across grain.
  10. This is a family favorite!
