Banquet Spaghetti Supper
- 10 bell peppers, chopped
- 15 lb. onions, chopped (50 to 55 onions)
- 25 tsp. garlic salt or garlic powder
- olive oil
- 40 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper
- 13 Tbsp. (heaping) chili powder
- 13 Tbsp. sugar
- 13 Tbsp. vinegar
- 19 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 5 qt. tomatoes
- 15 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 10 c. catsup
- 19 family size pkg. spaghetti
- Fry peppers, onions and garlic in oil until done, adding a little water to keep it soft.
- Mash with a fork.
- Add beef; cook until done.
- Place mixture in a large pot; add all remaining ingredients, except spaghetti.
- Prepare spaghetti as directed. Add a small amount of olive oil.
- Drain.
- Combine sauce and spaghetti in pot or serve sauce over spaghetti on plate.
- Makes 152 servings.
