Banquet Spaghetti Supper

  1. Fry peppers, onions and garlic in oil until done, adding a little water to keep it soft.
  2. Mash with a fork.
  3. Add beef; cook until done.
  4. Place mixture in a large pot; add all remaining ingredients, except spaghetti.
  5. Prepare spaghetti as directed. Add a small amount of olive oil.
  6. Drain.
  7. Combine sauce and spaghetti in pot or serve sauce over spaghetti on plate.
  8. Makes 152 servings.
