Individual Meat Loaves
- 1/2 pound lean ground round
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon soft breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of salt
- 3 tablespoons ketchup, divided
- Cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Combine first 8 ingredients plus 1 tablespoon ketchup in a medium bowl, stirring well. Shape mixture into 2 (5 1/2-inch) loaves. Place loaves on a rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Spread 1 tablespoon ketchup over each loaf.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour. Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
- Tip: You'll need to make your own soft breadcrumbs. Tear 1 slice of bread into pieces, place in a blender or food processor. Pulse about 5 times. Store extra crumbs in an airtight container in the freezer.
