Puffing Crab Or Chicken Casserole

  1. Line bottom of greased 9x13 pan with 1/2 the bread slices. In a dish combine the meat, onion, celery, peppers, mayonnaise and salt and pepper.
  2. Pour over bread.
  3. Place remaining bread on top. Beat eggs and milk together and pour over second layer of bread. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  4. Before baking, pour soup over the top, sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
  5. Bake uncovered 1 hour 15 minutes at 350u0b0.
