Peaches 'N' Cream Pie

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients.
  2. Beat at medium speed until well blended.
  3. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
  4. Place drained peaches on top of filling.
  5. Beat the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons peach juice for 2 minutes.
  6. Spread on top of fruit. Combine the 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes at 350u0b0 until a light brown.
  8. Let cool.
  9. Serves 6.
