Country Style Eggs(Cooked In Microwave)

  1. Cook bacon 4 minutes at High or until done.
  2. Cook butter, potatoes, onion and green pepper in 8-inch cake dish uncovered 6 minutes at High until tender.
  3. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Flatten potato mixture and pour egg mixture over.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Cook 6 to 7 minutes on Medium-high or until egg is almost set.
  6. Stir once.
  7. Sprinkle bacon and cheese over egg.
  8. Heat uncovered 1 minute on Medium-high or until cheese starts to melt. Let stand 5 minutes.
  9. Cut into wedges.
  10. Serves 4 to 6.
