Pork Roast

  1. Place meat in roasting pan; place apples around meat.
  2. Pour drained sauerkraut over and around meat.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and sprinkle onions over and around.
  4. Put pats of butter on and around.
  5. Add the 2 bay leaves.
  6. Put the can of onion soup over and around and sprinkle the caraway over all.
  7. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  8. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until meat is no longer pink. Turn oven off while putting rest of dinner out, then remove from oven.
  9. Remove bay leaf.
  10. Slice and serve.
