Butter Fudge Lemon Cookies

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl with a wooden spoon.
  2. Pour wet ingredients into a small bowl; mix with electric mixer on medium for 20 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
  4. Continue mixing with electric mixer on medium another 30 seconds or until dough forms.
  5. Make a 1/2 inch ball with your fingers formed around 3 chocolate chips.
  6. Place on a dry cookie sheet in rows 4 across and 6 down.
  7. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 7 minutes.
  8. Remove from cookie sheet and cool 30 minutes.
