Overnight Vegetable Salad

  1. In large bowl, combine all the vegetables and pimento.
  2. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour over vegetables and toss.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Makes 14 to 16 servings.
