Swedish Meatballs

  1. Grind beef, veal and pork together 3 times.
  2. Soak crumbs in warmed cream.
  3. Combine crumbs and meat.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Add milk. Add egg yolks, onion and seasonings.
  6. Form meat into medium or tiny balls and brown on all sides in hot fat.
  7. Add flour to 4 tablespoons of fat from pan and stir until it thickens.
  8. Add beef broth and one cup water.
  9. Heat until slightly thickened.
  10. Strain. Add to meatballs.
  11. Serve with noodles.
