Frosted Salad

  1. Dissolve jello in water; add 7-Up and chill until partially set.
  2. Add bananas, pineapple and marshmallows.
  3. Chill until firm. Combine sugar, flour, reserved juice and egg in heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
  4. Add butter and stir.
  5. Cool; do not chill.
  6. Add cream cheese; mix thoroughly. Fold in cream; spread evenly over jello mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut.
