Italian Macaroni And Vegetables

  1. Cook macaroni and cut up skinned chicken into pieces.
  2. Cut up vegetables (top of broccoli only).
  3. In a large frying pan, cook chicken in olive oil.
  4. Add the veggies and continue frying until veggies are done medium.
  5. Add garlic and onion.
  6. Stir for 2 minutes.
  7. Add macaroni and stir.
  8. Add oregano and cheese.
  9. Cook approximately 2 to 3 minutes longer.
