Italian Macaroni And Vegetables
- 1 lb. small spirals
- 1 whole chicken breast
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 green pepper
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli
- 1 c. fresh or 1 can large mushrooms
- 2 tsp. garlic powder or chips
- 2 tsp. onion powder or chips
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. red cooking wine
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (optional)
- dash of crushed red pepper (optional)
- Cook macaroni and cut up skinned chicken into pieces.
- Cut up vegetables (top of broccoli only).
- In a large frying pan, cook chicken in olive oil.
- Add the veggies and continue frying until veggies are done medium.
- Add garlic and onion.
- Stir for 2 minutes.
- Add macaroni and stir.
- Add oregano and cheese.
- Cook approximately 2 to 3 minutes longer.
