Turkey Stuffing Casserole

  1. Place margarine or butter in round 8 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Cover loosely and microwave on High until melted, 45 to 60 seconds.
  2. Add stuffing and water; toss to coat stuffing.
  3. Remove 1 cup stuffing.
  4. Spread remaining mixture evenly in baking dish. Mix soup, peas, milk and onion in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  5. Cover tightly and microwave on High for 3 minutes; stir.
  6. Cover and microwave until hot and bubbly, 3 to 4 minutes longer.
  7. Stir in chicken or turkey.
  8. Spread mixture over stuffing in baking dish. Sprinkle with reserved stuffing mixture.
  9. Microwave, uncovered, on High for 7 to 9 minutes.
