Chicken (Tuna) Noodle Casserole
- 4 oz. uncooked noodles
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 small jar chopped pimento
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 to 3 cans white meat chicken
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- pepper to taste
- grated Cheddar cheese
- Cook noodles in boiling salted water, drain.
- Melt margarine, add onion and green pepper.
- Cook until tender, stir in next 6 ingredients.
- Add chicken and noodles.
- Put in casserole, sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or microwave on High for 15 to 20 minutes.
- (Can use one 7-ounce can of tuna instead of chicken.)
