Oven-Roasted Halibut With Cranberry Chutney

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes or until mixture thickens. Cool slightly.
  2. Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Place fish on a foillined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425u0b0 for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Top with chutney.
