Deluxe Blueberry Muffins

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and allspice; set aside.
  2. In small bowl, blend pumpkin, milk.
  3. In large mixer bowl, cream shortening and sugar. Add egg; beat until fluffy.
  4. Alternately add flour and pumpkin mixtures to shortening mixture; beat well after each addition. Combine blueberries and 1 Tbsp. flour.
  5. Gently stir blueberries into batter and spoon into muffin cups.
  6. Sprinkle with streusel topping.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
