Beef And Mushroom Quiche

• 1 deep dish unbaked pie shell
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
• 1 c. chopped onions
• 1 c. sliced mushrooms
• 1/2 c. margarine
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. sweet basil leaves
• 1/2 c. milk
• 1/4 tsp. oregano
• 2 eggs, well beaten
• 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 c. shredded mild Cheddar
• 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
2. Saute onions, mushrooms and green peppers until tender.
3. Add beef; brown.
4. In large bowl, blend eggs, mayonnaise, milk, cheese and flour.
5. Stir in meat mixture.
6. Pour mixture evenly in crust.
7. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
