Mexican Chicken Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Mix contents of vegetable seasoning packet, water and margarine in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish until margarine is melted.
  3. Stir in stuffing crumbs and 1/2 cup of the salsa.
  4. Place chicken over stuffing.
  5. Pour remaining 1 cup salsa over chicken.
  6. Cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Remove foil.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Bake 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  11. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  12. Makes 6 servings.
