Chicken Tetrazzini(For A Crowd)
- 3 broiler chickens, cooked, skinned, boned and cut in pieces
- 3 green peppers
- 2 lb. thin spaghetti
- 2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 c. chicken broth (reserved from cooked chicken)
- 4 cloves garlic, halved
- 3 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- In large saucepan, put broth, green pepper and garlic.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti; drain.
- In large bowl, mix cooked spaghetti, chicken, broth mixture, mushrooms, soup and parsley.
- Pour in 2 (3-quart) shallow baking dishes. Sprinkle cheese, then paprika.
- Cook at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Makes 20 servings.
