Cheesy Chili Casserole

• 1 can kernel corn
• 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
• 1 Tbsp. taco or chili powder
• 1/2 c. green peppers
• 1 small can tomato sauce
• 1/2 bag Doritos
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 c. chopped onion
• 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

1. Brown ground beef and drain.
2. In skillet, mix beef, taco or chili powder, tomato sauce, corn, onion and green pepper.
3. Cook for 5 minutes.
4. Spray casserole bowl with Pam or other cooking spray and pour 1/2 of meat mixture into bowl.
5. Put 1/2 of Doritos (crushed) over meat.
6. Spread 1/2 jar of Cheez Whiz over Doritos. (Microwave your Cheez Whiz; will make it more spreadable.)
7. Pour remaining meat mixture over top and pour remaining Doritos and the rest of your Cheez Whiz.
8. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350u0b0 for 35 minutes.
9. Top with sour cream if desired.
