Sweet And Sour Baked Fish

  1. Arrange fish fillets in shallow 1-quart lightly oiled baking dish; set aside.
  2. In skillet, cook green onion and garlic in oil until just tender.
  3. Add water, grapefruit juice, corn syrup, cornstarch, ginger and salt.
  4. Cook, stirring, until thickened and smooth.
  5. Spoon over fish.
  6. Top with green pepper and tomato. Bake at 400u0b0 for 20 minutes or until fish tests done.
  7. Makes 4 servings, 157 calories per serving.
