Chili Sloppy Joes

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and saute 3 minutes. Add mustard and next 5 ingredients; bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, and simmer, uncovered, 9 minutes or until thick, stirring occasionally. Spoon onto buns.
