Cabbage Sauté With Apples

  1. Heat butter and oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until butter melts. Add onion and next 4 ingredients; saute 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Add apple and slaw; saute 2 minutes or until cabbage begins to wilt. Stir in apple juice and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium, and simmer 10 minutes or until liquid evaporates, stirring occasionally.
