Country-Style Skillet Pork

  1. Cut pork into 1-inch cubes; coat with mixture of cornstarch, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add pork and brown on all sides.
  4. Remove pan from heat.
  5. Combine stir-fry sauce and water; stir into skillet. Cover and return pan to heat.
  6. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring once. Stir in onion and mixed vegetables.
  7. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  8. Serve over hot rice.
