Pork Chop, Rice And Spice Dinner

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Shake flour in large size cooking bag. Place in baking pan.
  3. Add rice, tomatoes, mushrooms, celery, onion, water, basil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  4. Squeeze bag gently to blend ingredients.
  5. Cut sausage into thirds.
  6. Arrange pork chops and sausage on top of rice mixture.
  7. Close bag with nylon tie.
  8. Make 6 (1/2-inch) slits in top of bag.
  9. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until tender.
  10. Makes 4 servings.
