Beef Stroganoff

  1. Brown flour-coated meat in fat; add onion, garlic and drained mushrooms.
  2. Combine seasonings in mushroom liquid (or water if using fresh ones).
  3. Add soup.
  4. Simmer at least 1 hour.
  5. Add sour cream and heat just before serving.
  6. Serves 6 to 8.
