Chicken Muenster

  1. Filet chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.
  2. Marinate in beaten egg for 2 hours.
  3. Mix together bread crumbs, parsley and garlic salt.
  4. Roll pieces of chicken in crumb mix.
  5. Fry in salad oil until lightly browned.
  6. Melt butter and put in bottom of large 9 x 13-inch casserole.
  7. Lay chicken on top.
  8. Cover with sliced mushrooms, then cheese slices.
  9. Mix bouillon cubes with boiling water.
  10. Pour over all.
  11. Bake for 35 minutes at 350u0b0.
  12. Serves 6 to 8.
