Pork Stir-Fry

  1. Combine pork, garlic, soy sauce and sherry in a 2-quart casserole.
  2. Stir to coat evenly; let stand 10 minutes.
  3. Blend together apple juice and cornstarch; stir into pork mixture. Cover with casserole lid.
  4. Microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes; stir once.
  5. Add onion, broccoli, carrots and pepper; do not stir. Cover and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Add sprouts; cover and microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
  7. Toss to mix
