Aunt Pee Wee'S Chicken Pie

  1. Boil chicken in salted water until tender and take meat off bones.
  2. Saute celery and onions in oil until tender.
  3. Add flour, one spoon at a time, to the onions and celery and blend.
  4. Add salt, pepper and margarine.
  5. Add chicken broth, stirring to blend, then add soup.
  6. Add milk, stirring constantly.
  7. Bring mixture to a boil and cook 2 minutes.
  8. Add chicken and pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
  9. Cover with Pinwheels.
  10. Bake at 400u0b0 for 30 minutes or until golden.
