Chocolate Chip Toffee Grahams

  1. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer in a jelly roll pan.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a medium sauce pan, combine butter and sugar. Cook over a medium heat, stirring until butter melts.
  4. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon and chopped nuts.
  6. Pour over graham crackers, spreading evenly to edges.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  9. Cool 5 minutes, separate cookies and transfer to a wax paper lined cookie sheet, using a spatula. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
  10. Store cookies between layers of waxed paper in an airtight container in refrigerator.
