Marinated Pork Chops
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. unseasoned meat tenderizer
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 4 to 5 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. oregano (optional)
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 medium onion
- Place all ingredients,
- except
- pork chops, in blender. Blend on high speed until
- sauce is mixed and smooth, about 30 seconds. Place
- chops
- in
- regular
- or
- electric
- frying
- pan preferably, and pour sauce over all.
- Marinate chops, covered, for
- 3
- hours. Bring sauce to bubble, then simmer on low heat for 45 minutes. Makes about 1 3/4 cups marinade.
